Project Info
The Bayfield Anglers Association is a web development project requested by the founders to create, rebrand, and update their original website to spread awareness on proper fishing, natural conservation, and getting the community together. The website has navy blue and red color themes that represent a steelhead fish. Content of the website includes events, projects, activities, volunteering, and membership.
The Process
Using the logo provided by the project head and designer, complementary colors were carefully selected to align with the site's branding. Research was conducted to ensure all content aligned with the activities and needs of the association. After organizing potential sections, the final website layout was designed and coded to create a cohesive and user-friendly experience for both visitors and the site owners.
Tools Used
Adobe XD was used to design wireframes, finalize the web design, and create prototypes for the website. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript were employed to develop responsive web pages with full functionality. Microsoft Visual Studio Code and GitHub Desktop were utilized for managing remote repositories and version control.
